  • A domain you own needs DoAny Pro, so the DoAny column uses Pro, from $25 a month.
  • Crevio Starter has no custom domain, so on your own domain Crevio starts at Pro. Neither total includes the domain: Crevio sells domains in-app at prices it shows when you search, and DoAny connects one you buy from a registrar.
  • Totals use monthly billing. Billed yearly and paid up front, Crevio Pro is $192 and Business $480 a year, 20% off, so Crevio’s cheapest here would cost $720. Crevio’s payments are non-refundable except where the law requires. DoAny bills monthly only.
  • Crevio’s cut is applied to every sale here, subscription renewals included. Its Terms say it may deduct a platform fee from “each transaction” but don’t mention renewals, so check what your checkout shows.
  • Stripe’s processing fees apply on both and are left out.
  • Plan prices only: extra AI credits, ad spend, domains, phone minutes and LLC filing aren’t included. Crevio Pro includes “from 1,000” credits a month at 2¢ each; a DoAny credit buys different work.

How we calculated this
  1. Your sales: $2,000 a month × 12 = $24,000.
  2. DoAny Pro: $25 × 12 + 0% × $24,000 = $300.
  3. Crevio Starter: not priced, since it has no custom domain.
  4. Crevio Pro: $20 a month × 12 + 2.5% × $24,000 = $840.
  5. Crevio Business: $50 a month × 12 + 1% × $24,000 = $840.
  6. Where Crevio’s plans cross on monthly billing: Pro costs less than Starter above $800 a month in sales, and Business less than Pro above $2,000.

Cut of your sales0% on every plan, Free included. DoAny’s standard Terms rule out a revenue share; Stripe’s processing fees still apply (DoAny Terms).5% on Starter, 2.5% on Pro, 1% on Business. Crevio’s own guide says “There’s no plan with a 0% fee,” on top of card processing costs (Crevio payments guide).
Where the money goesDirect charges on your own Stripe Express account, which DoAny opens for your business. You are the merchant; Stripe pays out on its normal schedule.Your Stripe account through Stripe Connect: sign in to one you have, or create one (Crevio Stripe guide). Crevio says it doesn’t hold customer funds (Crevio Terms).
CheckoutStripe checkout embedded on your own page, for one-off purchases and weekly, monthly or yearly subscriptions, with guest checkout. The checkout on a DoAny site has no coupons, free trials or sales-tax handling yet.Stripe’s form on your site, with discount codes, setup fees, invoices and tax (Crevio checkout guide), plus free trials and payment plans (subscriptions guide).
AI creditsCredits pay for AI work, and only successful calls are charged; usage history shows what each conversation cost. On Pro, top up at $15 per 50 credits (DoAny pricing).1 credit is $0.02. Every assistant turn spends credits, and the cost is known only after the work runs. Top-ups start at $5, with optional auto top-up (Crevio credits guide).
At zero creditsHosting uses no credits, so the site stays live. AI work pauses and DoAny tells you, with no overage and no automatic recharge (DoAny credits guide). The same: site, checkout and payouts keep running; AI work stops until you top up or the allowance refreshes (out-of-credits guide).
Publishing changesChanges land on a private preview, and the live site changes only when you press Publish. A failed build never replaces the working version; no one-click rollback.“Publishing replaces what’s live,” with “no staging site running alongside it.” You see a preview while a change is made and can roll back, data included (Crevio apps guide).
Address and domainyourname.doany.site with HTTPS on every plan. On Pro, connect a domain you own; DoAny doesn’t sell domains.A free yourname.crevio.app address (changelog). On Pro and Business, buy a domain in-app or connect your own; it can’t sell .ca, .uk or .us names (Crevio domains guide).
Marketing after launchAnnie posts every day, finds customers and follows up, runs your CRM and answers customers around the clock (DoAny homepage). DoAny never buys ads and makes no phone calls.Social posting from Pro, 5 channels and 5 posts a day (plan table). Ads on Business, billed by the ad platform (Crevio ads guide). Phone calls, 10 credits a minute.
Automatic jobsNew recurring jobs start only after you approve them on a card; payments, paid video renders and account connections wait for a button too. Stop Annie mid-task anytime. Each job is set to “Do it automatically,” “Ask me first” or “Just suggest.” Automatic means Crevio “completes the job and tells you afterward” (Crevio automation guide).
LeavingExport your code and data and walk away anytime; your code can sync to GitHub (DoAny homepage). The customer list exports as CSV (customers guide); orders “cannot be exported to CSV” (physical goods guide). No export of an existing site’s code is documented.
Refunds and disputesMonthly billing only. Cancel anytime; the plan runs to the end of the paid month, and everything you built stays yours (DoAny pricing).“All payments to Crevio are non-refundable, except where required by law,” yearly plans and credits included (Crevio refund policy). Disputes go to binding individual arbitration (Crevio Terms).
AI training on your dataDoAny does not train AI models on your data. Under its privacy policy, data collected through your site is processed on your behalf (DoAny privacy policy).Your data, prompts and agent memory are “never used to train foundational models” (Crevio security page). Prompts go to outside AI providers for processing (Crevio privacy policy).

Where DoAny is different

DoAny vs Crevio: four differences that change what you keep

0% of every sale, on every plan

DoAny’s standard DoAny Terms rule out a revenue share on every plan, Free included, so your sales carry only Stripe’s own processing fees. Crevio takes 2.5% on Pro and 1% on Business on top of those fees. At $2,000 a month in sales, that is $600 a year on Pro or $240 on Business, before the plan price. The gap grows with every sale; DoAny’s price doesn’t.

Spending stops at the credits you bought

When DoAny credits run out, work pauses and DoAny tells you: no overage, no automatic recharge and no saved card charged. DoAny never buys ads. Crevio offers an optional auto top-up, and Crevio’s Terms let a saved card be charged for usage without a confirmation for each charge. The same Terms exclude liability for credits used “within the scope of your configured permissions.”

Changes wait until you press Publish

In DoAny, every change after launch lands on a private preview, and the live site changes only when you press Publish; a failed build never replaces the working version. Crevio’s sites guide says each change you ask for “updates the live version for you.” Crevio does let you roll back, data included, which DoAny has no button for.

Your code and data leave with you

DoAny’s Code view shows every source file and its Data view every record. You can export code and data and sync your code to GitHub. Crevio documents a customer CSV, database read queries through its API on Business (sites API guide) and building from your own GitHub repository if you connect one, but no export of an existing site’s code. If you outgrow DoAny, you leave with your code and your records.

Crevio’s edge

Where Crevio is stronger

Several of these are things DoAny does not do at all.

Company setup

It forms a US LLC and buys your domain

Crevio can form a US LLC for you, shows the state filing fee before you submit and keeps the documents (formation guide). It also sells domains in-app, registered for a year and renewed automatically (domains guide). DoAny does neither: you register the company yourself and connect a domain you already own on Pro.

Phone and ads

It answers the phone and runs paid ads

AI phone calls, in and out, cost 10 credits (about 20¢) a minute (Crevio credits guide). On Business, Crevio helps set up and manage campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google and more, with spend billed by each platform (ads guide). DoAny has no phone or SMS and never buys ads. That is a deliberate spending safeguard, but it is still a gap if paid ads are your plan.

Checkout

More ways to price and sell

Discount codes, setup fees, invoices and tax at checkout (checkout guide), plus free trials and payment plans (subscriptions guide). You can connect a Stripe account you already have (Stripe guide). The checkout on the sites DoAny builds has no coupons, free trials or sales-tax handling at the moment, and can’t take over an existing Stripe account yet.

Creators

Courses, communities and bookings built in

Crevio delivers courses with progress tracking and completion certificates, a hosted forum, events and Discord invites the moment a payment goes through (how Crevio works). Every plan lists bookings, memberships and traffic and revenue analytics (plan table). DoAny has no ready-made course, forum or booking module; Annie builds what your app needs, and there is no visitor analytics dashboard.

Price

Cheaper at low sales on your own domain

Crevio Pro’s $20 plus 2.5% costs less than DoAny Pro’s $25 below $200 a month in sales, and below $360 on yearly billing, which saves 20% (pricing). DoAny bills monthly only. Without a domain of your own the order flips: DoAny Free takes real payments at $0 and 0%, while Crevio Starter takes 5%; Stripe’s fees apply on both.

Developers

Integrations, an API and finer job controls

Pro connects 3,000+ apps with webhooks, and Business adds API access (plan table), an MCP server and an SDK (developer page). Each standing job can act, ask first or only suggest, and a test run lets you try it before you trust it. DoAny has no connector marketplace, and its approvals cover starting a recurring job, not each post.

Like DoAny, Crevio builds web apps, “not phone apps” (apps guide). One more DoAny limit matters in this matchup: there is no visual editor, so you edit by telling Annie what to change.

Arithmetic on published prices

Crevio pricing vs DoAny: what a year costs

List prices checked September 27, 2026, in US dollars before tax, over 12 months. Stripe’s processing fees apply on both and are the same either way, so they are left out. We apply Crevio’s cut to every sale, renewals included, because its Terms say “each transaction” and don’t mention renewals.

$500 a month in sales, no custom domainStarter: 5% × $6,000 = $300. Pro would be $390.Free: $0 plan + 0% of sales = $0.DoAny, by $300 a year.
$2,000 a month in sales, on your own domainPro: $240 + 2.5% × $24,000 = $840. Business: $600 + 1% × $24,000 = $840. Billed yearly, Business is $480 + $240 = $720.Pro: $25 × 12 = $300.DoAny, by $540 a year, or $420 against Crevio’s yearly billing.
$10,000 a month in sales, on your own domainBusiness: $600 + 1% × $120,000 = $1,800, or $1,680 billed yearly.Pro: $25 × 12 = $300.DoAny, by $1,500 a year.

The break-even is simple. Crevio Pro plus 2.5% equals DoAny Pro’s $25 at $200 a month in sales ($20 + 2.5% × $200 = $25), or at $360 on yearly billing ($16 + 2.5% × $360 = $25). Above that, every extra $100 in monthly sales adds $2.50 a month on Crevio Pro and $1 on Business, and nothing on DoAny.

The transaction fees read 5%, 2.5% and 1% in every capture. One answer in today’s pricing FAQ still says Business charges “just a flat subscription fee,” against the 1% on the same page’s cards and table and the About page’s “Every plan has a transaction fee.” Crevio’s Terms say the in-product price controls when a summary conflicts. Plan on the 1%, and check the date on any Crevio price you read, ours included.

Before you pay

Crevio’s fine print worth reading

Six clauses you would regret missing

  1. No 0% plan. Crevio’s Terms say it “may deduct a platform fee from each transaction,” and its payments guide says that fee comes on top of card processing, not instead of it.
  2. Your saved card, charged as you go. Saving a card authorizes usage charges, AI credit top-ups included, “without requiring additional confirmation for each charge,” per Crevio’s Terms. Auto top-up is optional and refills your balance “so a long job doesn’t stop halfway” (Crevio credits guide); its settings let you set the amount (settings guide).
  3. No refunds, credits included. “All payments to Crevio are non-refundable, except where required by law,” and that covers yearly plans and credits (Crevio refund policy). The policy reviews duplicate or unauthorized charges and billing errors on Crevio’s side. Unused credits “remain available until your paid access ends,” though the credits guide says bought credits stay until you spend them. Spend what you prepaid before you downgrade.
  4. You pay for retries. Every turn the assistant takes spends credits, “including when it’s fixing its own mistake,” and Crevio can’t quote open-ended work up front (Crevio credits guide).
  5. Automatic means after the fact. A job set to “Do it automatically” acts first and reports after (automation guide), and Crevio’s Terms let scheduled workflows run “without per-execution approval.” A change that would delete your app’s data waits for your yes (apps guide).
  6. Canceling pauses the site. Crevio’s help FAQ says “Your site pauses and your data is preserved.” If an account is terminated, Crevio’s Terms say storefronts “may be taken offline” and you can export data “to the extent supported in-product.” Deleting a business removes its sites, products and orders (settings guide).

Getting paid

Getting paid on Crevio and DoAny

Both put Stripe’s embedded checkout on your own site, and on both the money lands in a Stripe account in your name. The difference is what comes off each sale before it reaches you.

Crevio

Your Stripe account, less Crevio’s fee

In Settings, then Payments, you click Connect with Stripe and either sign in to a Stripe account you have or create one (Stripe guide). One-time purchases, subscriptions and invoices flow through that account, and Crevio’s Terms say it doesn’t hold customer funds. Its fee comes off each transaction. Switching to a different Stripe account goes through Crevio support, and existing orders and subscriptions stay tied to the old one.

DoAny

Your own Stripe account, with nothing taken

When you go live, customers pay through direct charges on your own Stripe account, a Stripe Express account DoAny opens for your business. You are the merchant, and checkout shows your business name. DoAny takes 0% and never holds your revenue: Stripe pays out to your bank on its normal schedule, and Stripe’s own processing fees still apply. You set up no API keys or webhooks, and taking payments uses no credits.

What changes when you add payments in DoAny instead of Crevio

  1. Approve checkout, and keep the whole sale

Ask Annie for checkout; an approval card offers “Set up payments” and “Not now,” and she adds nothing until you press one. On Crevio Pro, 2.5% of each sale comes off before it reaches you (1% on Business); on DoAny, 0% does, and only Stripe’s fees apply.

  2. Rehearse with Stripe test cards

DoAny’s preview runs in test mode, so you buy your own product with Stripe’s test cards before Stripe knows your name; the published site takes real cards only after you go live (DoAny payments guide). Every real charge on Crevio carries its fee.

  3. Go live on the Free plan

Press “Go live,” pick your country and complete Stripe’s verification. DoAny Free can sell, so Pro isn’t needed to take real payments; Crevio Starter is free too, but takes 5% and has no custom domain. The selling online chapter covers the first sale.

Switching

Moving from Crevio to DoAny, in order

For an asset-by-asset exit checklist that works for any destination, see the Crevio alternatives guide.

  1. Export your customers

On Crevio’s Customers page, export the whole list as a CSV with names, emails, order counts, total spend and tags, per its customers guide.

  2. Save what won’t export

Orders don’t export to CSV from the dashboard (physical goods guide), so copy what you need; the charges themselves sit in the Stripe account you connected. Save your page text and product descriptions. If you connected your own GitHub repository in Settings, then Integrations, your code is already there (apps guide). On Business, you can also read your site’s database through Crevio’s API before you downgrade.

  3. Import and test in DoAny

Hand Annie your exported customer records, your saved text and your code if you have it. DoAny imports existing code and database records, so nothing is rebuilt from a description. Check the preview, then run a test purchase with Stripe’s test cards.

  4. Move the domain

A domain you connected yourself stays at your registrar. Connect it in DoAny’s Domains panel on Pro: DoAny shows the DNS records, verifies them and issues HTTPS. Records proxied through Cloudflare (the orange cloud) aren’t supported, so switch proxying off. For a domain bought through Crevio, its domains guide covers buying and renewal but not transferring out, so ask Crevio support before you cancel.

  5. Plan the payments move

Checkout on a DoAny site can’t take over an existing Stripe account yet. Going live opens a new Stripe Express account for your DoAny business, and Crevio’s Stripe guide says existing orders and subscriptions stay tied to the account you connected. Settle refunds and plan how subscribers move before you switch.

  6. Cancel at the right time

Canceling stops billing at the end of the period, with no partial refunds, per Crevio’s Refund Policy, and the site pauses. Spend prepaid credits first. Deleting the business removes its sites, products and orders, so export before you delete.

Common questions

DoAny vs Crevio FAQ

Does Crevio take a cut of my sales?

Yes, on every plan: 5% of each sale on Starter, which is free, 2.5% on Pro ($20 a month) and 1% on Business ($50 a month). Crevio’s own blog says there is no plan with a 0% fee and that its fee sits on top of standard card processing costs. DoAny takes 0% of your sales on every plan, Free included; Stripe’s processing fees apply on both. Prices checked September 27, 2026.

Is Crevio cheaper than DoAny?

At low sales on your own domain, yes. Crevio Pro, $20 a month plus 2.5% of sales, costs less than DoAny Pro’s $25 below $200 a month in sales ($360 on yearly billing). Above that, Crevio’s percentage grows with your sales and DoAny’s price doesn’t: at $2,000 a month, Crevio’s cheapest plan costs $840 a year against $300. Without your own domain, DoAny Free costs $0 and takes 0%, while Crevio Starter takes 5%. Stripe’s processing fees apply on both.

Does Crevio Business charge a percentage of sales?

Yes, 1%, according to Crevio’s pricing cards, its plan table and its About page. One answer in its pricing FAQ still says Business charges “just a flat subscription fee,” which contradicts the rest of the page. Crevio’s Terms say the pricing shown in the product controls when a summary conflicts with it, so check the fee your checkout shows.

Can Crevio charge my card without asking each time?

For usage, yes. Crevio’s Terms say a saved card can be charged for usage, including AI credit top-ups, without additional confirmation for each charge, and its optional auto top-up refills your credits when the balance runs low. Payments to Crevio are non-refundable, apart from duplicate or unauthorized charges, billing errors on Crevio’s side and refunds the law requires. DoAny never charges automatically: when credits run out, work pauses and DoAny tells you, and each top-up is a checkout you start.

What happens to my Crevio site if I cancel?

Crevio’s help FAQ says your site pauses and your data is preserved, and you can resubscribe later. Its Terms add that on termination, storefronts may be taken offline and you can export data only to the extent the product supports. Crevio documents a CSV export of your customer list, but orders cannot be exported to CSV from the dashboard. On DoAny, a canceled plan runs to the end of the paid month, and you can export your code and data.

Can I move from Crevio to DoAny?

Yes. Export your customer list as a CSV from Crevio’s Customers page. If you connected your own GitHub repository, your code is already there; otherwise Crevio documents no export of a site’s code. DoAny imports existing code and database records, so hand Annie the files. Your domain connects in DoAny’s Domains panel on Pro. Going live opens a new Stripe Express account, since checkout on a DoAny site can’t take over an existing one yet, so current subscriptions don’t move.

Put the evidence to work

Keep the platform’s cut at zero from the first sale

Start free with 5 credits a day and no card. Build the first version, share its doany.site link, and rehearse checkout with test cards before Stripe sees any of your details. When you’re ready, go live and take real payments on the same Free plan at 0% of sales; Stripe’s fees still apply. Weighing other options? Read our Crevio alternatives guide.
