1. The service
DoAny provides AI-assisted tools and agents that can help you plan, build, launch, market, sell, support, and operate a business. The service may generate code, websites, copy, designs, messages, lead lists, automations, invoices, customer responses, analytics, and other output based on your instructions and connected accounts.
Features may change over time. We may add, remove, limit, or modify parts of the service as we improve DoAny, comply with law, protect users, or manage third-party dependencies.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account, including actions taken by invited teammates, connected tools, and agents acting under your instructions.
You may not use DoAny if you are under 18, barred from using the service under applicable law, or using the service on behalf of a person or entity that is subject to sanctions or other legal restrictions.
3. Plans, fees, and payments
Paid plans, usage limits, renewal periods, taxes, and fees are shown at checkout, in the product, or in an order form. Subscription fees are charged in advance unless we state otherwise.
You authorize DoAny and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for fees, taxes, overages, upgrades, renewals, and other amounts you authorize. You are responsible for keeping billing information current.
DoAny does not take equity in your company or a revenue share from your sales unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise. Third-party services, payment processors, app stores, ad platforms, hosting providers, and other vendors may charge their own fees.
4. Your content and generated output
You retain ownership of content, prompts, files, data, brand assets, customer information, business information, and other materials you submit to DoAny or connect to DoAny.
For these Terms, your content also includes content and information made available through a website or app you operate with DoAny, including text, images, audio, code, files, form responses, account information, messages, and other submissions from your customers, visitors, or other end users. This definition does not transfer ownership of end-user content to you.
As between you and DoAny, you own the output, websites, software, copy, workflows, and other materials generated specifically for you by the service, subject to these Terms, third-party rights, open source licenses, and any separate agreement with us.
DoAny and its licensors retain ownership of the DoAny platform, models, systems, templates, prompts, workflows, documentation, tooling, design systems, and other underlying technology used to provide the service. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or use those materials except as allowed by these Terms.
5. License to operate DoAny
You grant DoAny a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, modify, and use your content as needed to provide, secure, support, and troubleshoot the service, generate output for you, operate connected workflows, carry out your instructions, and comply with law.
When you direct DoAny to publish or operate a website or app, this license also permits DoAny and service providers acting on our behalf to host, store, reproduce, modify, translate, display, perform, distribute, and otherwise make your content available as necessary to operate that product according to the access, sharing, and publication settings you select.
Personal information collected on your behalf through a website or app you operate with DoAny ("Hosted Site Data") is processed for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy and is not licensed to DoAny for unrelated advertising or other purposes not disclosed in that Policy, an applicable feature notice, or a separate agreement with you.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide your content to DoAny and to let DoAny process it for the purposes described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
6. AI agents and your responsibility
DoAny agents may draft, recommend, schedule, publish, send, respond, create, update, or otherwise act based on your instructions, settings, connected accounts, and product configuration.
You are responsible for reviewing important agent actions before they affect customers, payments, legal obligations, public claims, pricing, refunds, outreach, regulated activities, or third-party accounts. DoAny output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, offensive, non-unique, or unsuitable for your use case.
Before sharing or publishing a website or app, you must review its preview or private version and test its content and behavior. Pay particular attention to forms, uploads, open-text fields, public posting, authentication, payments, integrations, and any feature that collects information or lets an end user take an action.
DoAny does not provide legal, tax, accounting, medical, financial, insurance, employment, or other professional advice. You should get qualified professional advice where your business requires it.
7. No guaranteed outcomes
DoAny can help with building, launch, search visibility, content, outreach, support, sales workflows, and customer operations, but we do not guarantee that you will rank on Google or AI answer engines, reach a particular audience, get customers, close sales, receive reviews, earn revenue, avoid churn, or build a viable company.
Results depend on your market, offer, pricing, competition, execution, customer behavior, platform rules, search algorithms, and many factors outside DoAny control.
8. Third-party services and integrations
DoAny may connect to or rely on third-party AI providers, hosting providers, analytics tools, payment processors, email providers, social networks, ad platforms, search tools, databases, app stores, and other services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, policies, fees, rate limits, and availability.
When you connect a third-party account, you authorize DoAny to access, use, and transmit information to and from that account as needed to provide the service. You are responsible for maintaining permissions, settings, and compliance for connected services.
Unless a third-party provider expressly agrees otherwise in writing, you may not state or imply that a website, app, business, or other product built with DoAny is created, supported, certified, endorsed, or jointly offered by that provider.
9. Your websites, apps, business, and end users
If you use DoAny to create or operate a business, website, app, sales process, support workflow, or customer communication, you are the operator and publisher of that product and are responsible for it and its relationship with customers, visitors, prospects, vendors, regulators, and other third parties. DoAny providing tools, hosting, or other infrastructure does not mean that DoAny or its providers review, approve, sponsor, or endorse your product or content.
You are responsible for your product content and functionality, including login and authentication features, end-user submissions, customer support, promises or commitments you make, and the accuracy, safety, legality, and appropriateness of anything you publish or enable.
If customers or visitors can submit, upload, post, or share content, you are responsible for monitoring and moderating that content and for promptly addressing content or conduct that is inappropriate, unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harmful, or otherwise violates these Terms.
You are responsible for product claims, refund policies, customer terms, privacy notices, consent notices, taxes, licensing, registrations, accessibility, marketing compliance, anti-spam compliance, consumer protection compliance, and platform policy compliance that apply to your business.
10. Acceptable use

- Collecting, storing, transmitting, or otherwise processing Protected Health Information regulated by HIPAA or payment-card data subject to PCI DSS through DoAny-hosted forms, files, databases, logs, or other storage. 11. Feedback
If you give us feedback, ideas, suggestions, bug reports, or product requests, you allow DoAny to use them without restriction or compensation. We appreciate feedback, but please do not send confidential information as feedback unless we have agreed in writing.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. Our Cookie Policy explains how cookies and similar technologies may be used.
13. Suspension and termination
You may stop using DoAny at any time. You can cancel a paid plan through your account settings, checkout provider, or by contacting us if self-service cancellation is not available.
We may inspect, restrict, remove, or disable content, features, integrations, or access, and may suspend, unpublish, or terminate a website, app, account, or other product if you violate these Terms, create risk for DoAny or others, fail to pay fees, misuse third-party services, or if continued service would violate law or provider requirements. We will try to give notice when practical, but immediate action may be required.
After termination, your right to use the service ends. We may retain or delete account data according to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, backup schedules, and legitimate business needs.
14. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoAny disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted operation.
We do not warrant that DoAny output will be accurate, complete, secure, original, compliant, error-free, or suitable for your business. You are responsible for testing, reviewing, and validating output before relying on it.
15. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoAny will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost customers, lost data, business interruption, goodwill, or reputational harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DoAny's total liability for any claim relating to the service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to DoAny for the service in the three months before the claim arose or 100 USD.
16. Indemnity
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DoAny, its affiliates, and its personnel from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your content, websites, apps, business, customers, visitors, end-user submissions, connected accounts, use of the service, or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
17. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice by posting the updated Terms, updating the date above, or using another reasonable method. Continued use of DoAny after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing law and disputes
Where permitted by law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts located in Delaware will have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes that are not subject to a different written agreement.
Some jurisdictions give consumers mandatory rights that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
19. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact page or to legal@doany.ai.
