1. The DoAny SMS assistant
Where available, DoAny offers an optional SMS assistant for conversations with Annie about your email requests. Messages may include questions about missing details and updates on whether your email request was accepted for sending or failed.
This SMS program does not enroll you in marketing or promotional messages. SMS availability depends on your account, service configuration, and carrier support.
2. Opting in
Where DoAny SMS is available, enrollment requires an affirmative choice to receive automated messages at a mobile number you subscribe to. Providing a number for another purpose does not enroll it in this program. DoAny records the consent you give through the enrollment process.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Declining SMS consent does not prevent you from purchasing or using other available DoAny services.
3. Opting out
Reply STOP to withdraw consent for messages from the DoAny number you are texting. We also accept reasonable withdrawal requests through our support team at hi@doany.ai. Once your withdrawal is processed, further program messages to that number stop.
Withdrawing SMS consent does not cancel your DoAny subscription or reverse actions already completed at your request.
4. Opt-out confirmation
You may receive a final acknowledgment that your SMS subscription has ended. This confirmation does not renew your subscription or authorize additional program messages.
5. Enrolling again
Messages may resume only after you give fresh consent through the DoAny enrollment process. A previous subscription does not override a later withdrawal of consent.
6. Message frequency and costs
Message frequency varies with your requests and conversations. A request may result in more than one message, such as a clarification followed by a task result.
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Contact your carrier for details about those charges.
7. Help and delivery
Reply HELP for help, or email hi@doany.ai.
Message delivery may be delayed or unavailable. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use the SMS assistant for emergencies.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or share mobile information or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share it with service providers only as needed to deliver and operate this SMS service.
