What is doany and how does it work?
doany is an AI company builder. You describe the company you want in plain words. doany researches your idea, builds the product and website, then works on marketing, sales, and customer support. You make the big decisions and own everything.
What is a credit?
Credits are used when doany works for you. Each task uses credits based on how much AI work it takes: small tasks cost less than a credit, and bigger tasks cost more. You can see the cost of every task in your usage history.
Do credits expire?
Daily credits reset every day at midnight UTC. Monthly credits last until the end of your billing month. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months. doany always spends the credits that expire soonest first.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Work pauses, and you're only charged for the work already done. Buy a top-up, upgrade your plan, or wait for tomorrow's daily credits, and doany continues where it left off.
Can I buy extra credits?
Yes. Once you have an active subscription, you can buy credit top-ups anytime without changing your plan. Top-ups cost $15 per 50 credits, come in amounts from 50 to 10,000 credits, and are valid for 12 months. If you top up every month, a bigger plan is usually better value.
Do you charge per seat or per company?
No. Pro includes unlimited team members and unlimited companies at no extra cost. Plan size only changes how many monthly credits you get.
Does it cost extra to run my website?
No. Hosting is included. If your product has AI features for your customers, that work uses credits from the same balance and appears in your usage history.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel anytime. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Everything you built stays yours.
