At $1,000 a month in sales, DoAny Free costs $0 over 12 months, the lowest of the six. Runable Pro costs $180 for its first year.

Stripe’s card fees apply on every option that takes payments through Stripe.

  • Totals use yearly prices where offered, paid up front: Runable Pro $180 for the first year as shown, Polsia Standard $192 (20% off the first year only), Lovable Pro $250 and Base44 Builder $480. Billed monthly instead: Runable Pro $20 a month, Polsia Standard $20, Lovable Pro $25 and Base44 Builder $50. Runable doesn’t publish what its yearly plan renews at. NanoCorp bills monthly. DoAny bills monthly only.
  • Each column prices the cheapest plan whose own checkout takes live payments. Runable’s Free plan can’t build a website; Polsia is priced on Standard, its cheapest plan; NanoCorp’s trial pauses checkout after 3 days; Lovable’s built-in payments need Pro, though on Free you can connect your own Stripe account; Base44’s Stripe starts on Builder.
  • Polsia takes 3% of every charge. NanoCorp takes its 20% when you withdraw, so this assumes you withdraw everything you sell. Lovable adds no fee to Stripe’s. Runable and Base44 publish no fee on your sales, so none is counted.
  • Card processing fees are left out. On DoAny, Runable, Polsia, Lovable and Base44 they are Stripe’s own fees, paid by you.
  • Manus and Durable are profiled in the article but not priced here: Manus’s pricing page lists no checkout, and Durable is a service-booking suite.
  • Plan prices only: extra credits, top-ups and ad spend aren’t included, and credits aren’t comparable across platforms. DoAny Free’s $0 holds as long as 5 credits a day, up to 30 a month, covers your work; Pro, from $25 a month, adds 100 monthly credits.

How we calculated this
  1. Your sales: $1,000 a month × 12 = $12,000.
  2. DoAny Free: $0 × 12 + 0% × $12,000 = $0.
  3. Runable Pro: $180 for a year up front = $180; it publishes no fee on sales.
  4. Polsia Standard: $192 for a year up front + 3% × $12,000 = $552.
  5. NanoCorp Founder: $30 × 12 + 20% × $12,000 = $2,760, if you withdraw everything you sell.
  6. Lovable Pro: $250 for a year up front + 0% × $12,000 = $250.
  7. Base44 Builder: $480 for a year up front = $480; it publishes no fee on sales.

The reasons

Why founders look beyond Runable

Runable is a broad, well-funded agent that keeps adding jobs. These six limits come from its own pricing page, app text, terms and archived pages.

$20/mo

The cheapest Runable plan that builds a website. The Free card shows a dash for “Websites & App building,” per its pricing page, so Free is for chat and research.

3–5 sec.

How long a Runable site takes to load after sleeping, its default between visits. Keeping it “Always On” costs credits every month, in an unpublished amount (app text).

Sites stop

When you downgrade, the app warns “Your published websites and apps will stop working” (app text). The Free plan’s plan data also lists “No Data Export.”

Jan 8, 2026

The date on Runable’s terms, before payments, mobile apps and Grow launched. They never mention ads or an ads balance, and fees are “non-refundable unless required by law.”

$100 to $50

Pro’s “Limited Time” ad credit on September 4 and September 27, 2026. The plans changed too, between May 9 (Starter $25, Pro $50, Unlimited $200) and July 24 (Pro $20, Max $100).

Google only

The scope of the explicit no-training promise in Runable’s privacy policy. It says nothing about data your own customers submit to a site it builds.

Money is the other common reason. Ad budgets sit in a prepaid balance that can refill from your card, credit auto-refill can buy top-ups at prices Runable doesn’t publish (Runable FAQ), and the yearly price of $180 is a first-year discount on a $240 list price (discount codes).

Runable’s CEO also told TechCrunch the company has negative gross margins, partly from subsidizing AI usage, so today’s allowances may not last. None of this makes Runable a bad choice for the jobs it does best; it is why the picks below are sorted by job.

The shortlist

Each Runable alternative: best for, catch and price

  1. Our product

DoAny: best for launching and selling before you pay

Best for: launching and selling before you pay. Runable’s Free plan can’t build a website; DoAny Free goes live and can take real card payments, with accounts, a database and Stripe checkout built in. Annie researches your market first, then posts and follows up with leads every day.

Price: Free is $0 with no card: unlimited companies sharing 5 credits a day, up to 30 a month. Pro starts at $25/mo for 100 monthly credits plus 5 daily credits, shared by every company, billed monthly. DoAny takes 0% of your sales; Stripe’s processing fees still apply (DoAny pricing; DoAny Terms).

Watch out for: web only, with no native iOS or Android apps. DoAny buys no ads and has no phone or SMS, so Runable’s Grow channels have no direct match. You edit by chat. The checkout on the sites DoAny builds is Stripe only, without coupons or sales-tax handling, at the moment. Custom domains need Pro (DoAny domains guide).

Moving from Runable: DoAny imports existing code and database records, so bring what you export from Runable instead of starting over. Hosting is included and uses no credits, so the site stays live when credits run out (DoAny credits guide). For the full side-by-side comparison, read DoAny vs Runable.

  2. General agent

Manus: best for research, slides and websites without Grow

Manus is a general AI agent: in-depth research, slides and professional websites, with Wide Research for scaling tasks, and 20 concurrent and 20 scheduled tasks on every plan. Runable’s CEO told TechCrunch that general agents such as Manus are among the products closest to Runable.

Watch out for: its pricing page lists no payments, paid ads, outreach or phone agents, and only paid plans. If your Runable site sells, check how a Manus site would take payments before you move it.

Price: $20/mo for 4,000 credits a month plus 300 refresh credits every day; $40/mo for 8,000; $200/mo for 40,000. Billing yearly saves 17%.

  3. Ads on autopilot

Polsia: best for an autonomous company that also runs Meta ads

Polsia runs a company from chat: it builds and hosts the site, takes payments into a Stripe account in your name, and from Pro runs Meta ads, according to its help center. Its plans differ by credits, companies and whether Meta ads are included. Connecting a domain you own needs a paid plan (domains help).

Watch out for: “Polsia takes a flat 3% platform fee on every charge,” before Stripe’s own fees, and it is rolling out a 31-day settlement period before sales can be paid out (payouts help). On $1,000 a month in sales, the 3% is $360 a year.

Price: Standard $20/mo (20 credits, 1 company, no Meta ads), Pro $50/mo (50 credits, up to 3 companies, Meta ads), Max $100 or $200/mo. Annual plans take 20% off the first year only.

  4. Many businesses

NanoCorp: best for an agent that builds and sells, across many businesses

NanoCorp’s agents build and sell for you, with a site, email and checkout included. Founder covers any number of businesses, adds custom domains, and carries unused monthly credits into the next period. On any Founder plan it can also run a Meta ad for each business, at $3 to $150 a day taken from your credits (advertising docs). The 3-day trial needs no card and includes 15 welcome credits.

Watch out for: “NanoCorp keeps a 20% fee on every withdrawal,” and sends the other 80% to your Stripe account (withdrawals docs). On $1,000 a month in sales, that is $2,400 a year. When the trial ends, the site stays up but checkout, email and agents pause until you pick a plan.

Price: Founder from $30/mo for 30 credits, with sizes up to 2,000 credits a month.

  5. Web-app builder

Lovable: best if you mostly used Runable to build

Lovable builds web apps from chat on its own cloud, with a database, authentication, storage and functions. Runable’s own comparison notes that Lovable keeps project code “in two-way sync with GitHub.” Pro adds custom domains, badge removal and top-ups. Built-in payments cost the same as setting up Stripe or Paddle directly, per Lovable’s Lovable payments docs.

Watch out for: built-in payments need a paid plan; on Free you connect your own Stripe account instead. No ads, outreach or phone agent.

Price: Free $0 with no card. Pro $25/mo for 100 monthly credits, or 2 months free billed yearly ($250).

  6. App builder with a backend

Base44: best for apps with a built-in backend, starting free

Base44 builds apps with an integrated backend and database, authentication and analytics, and its Free plan builds up to 5 apps with 25 message credits a month. Its pricing FAQ says two-way GitHub sync exports the full source. When you connect Stripe, Base44 creates your live keys for you (Base44 payments docs).

Watch out for: Stripe is available on Builder and above. Starter ($20/mo, or $16 billed yearly) connects a domain but has no Stripe. No ads or outreach agent.

Price: Free $0; Starter $20/mo or $16 billed yearly; Builder $50/mo or $40 billed yearly; Pro $100 or $80; Elite $200 or $160.

  7. Service businesses

Durable: best for a local service business

Durable gives a service business a website with a built-in CRM, AI replies to up to 20 leads a month, online booking synced to your calendar, and SEO and AI-search tools with a weekly visibility ranking. Launch registers a domain free, up to a $20 value.

Watch out for: the Free plan is a private preview, so a public site starts on Launch. It is a suite for service businesses, not a general agent or a custom app builder. Our Durable alternatives guide covers it in depth.

Price: Launch $22/mo and Grow $41/mo in its yearly-billed comparison table.

A valid choice

When staying with Runable is the right call

You need native iOS and Android apps

Runable builds React Native apps and submits them under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, per its app builder page. DoAny is web-only, and none of the other pricing pages here lists native app building.

You want ads bought on five networks

Grow plans, launches and manages campaigns on ChatGPT, Meta, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok (Grow page). Polsia and NanoCorp run Meta ads only; the other alternatives here buy none.

Calls and cold outreach matter

Runable’s Grow announcement describes cold email, DMs and calls from a voice agent on a real phone number. DoAny has no phone or SMS.

You would pay for a plan anyway

Runable Pro’s $180 first year is the lowest 12-month price among the paid plans on this page, it connects your own domain (websites page), and its top-ups never expire.

Leaving cleanly

Common questions

Runable alternatives FAQ

What is the best Runable alternative?

It depends on the part of Runable you use. For a general agent for research, slides and websites, Manus starts at $20 a month. For Meta ads run for you, Polsia Pro is $50 a month plus 3% of every charge. For web apps, Lovable Pro is $25 a month and Base44 Builder $50. To sell on a free plan, DoAny Free costs $0. For native apps or ads on five networks, stay on Runable.

Which Runable alternative has a free plan that can sell?

DoAny Free goes live on yourname.doany.site with no card and can take real card payments once you go live with Stripe; DoAny takes 0% of your sales, and Stripe’s processing fees still apply. Runable’s Free plan can’t build a website. Lovable Free and Base44 Free both build apps, but Lovable’s built-in payments need Pro and Base44’s Stripe starts on Builder. NanoCorp’s trial pauses checkout after 3 days.

Which alternatives take a cut of my sales?

Polsia takes a flat 3% of every charge, before Stripe’s own fees. NanoCorp keeps 20% of every withdrawal and sends the other 80% to your Stripe account. Lovable says its built-in payments add no fee to Stripe’s or Paddle’s. DoAny takes 0% on every plan, Free included, and Stripe’s processing fees still apply. Runable and Base44 publish no fee on sales.

Is there an alternative that runs paid ads like Runable Grow?

Two do, on Meta only. Polsia runs Meta ads on its Pro plan, at $50 a month, and above. NanoCorp runs a Meta ad for each business on any Founder plan, from $30 a month, with $3 to $150 a day of budget taken from your credits. The other alternatives here don’t buy ads for you. DoAny remakes a proven ad from your market as a short video that you download and post yourself, and it never spends your money on ad budgets.

What can I take with me when I leave Runable?

On a paid plan, your code: Download ZIP or Export to GitHub. The Free plan’s plan data lists “No Data Export,” and downgrading stops your published sites, so export first. Runable’s archived help center (May 2026) said you can’t download a database backup from the dashboard; ask support how to get your records out. Web sales already sit in your own Stripe account, so your customers’ payment history stays with you. If you move to DoAny, it imports existing code and database records, so you don’t start over.

Want to sell before you pay for a plan?

Runable’s Free plan can’t build a website; DoAny’s can, and it can sell. Start free with 5 credits a day and no card, test checkout with Stripe test cards before you give Stripe anything, then go live and take real payments without upgrading. Not sure yet? Read DoAny vs Runable first.
